So, I have moved with 2 of my daughters to a suburb of Minneapolis, MN. 

Yeah…so!!!

I met up with dressmaker Molly O’Brien and her husband at the Irish Fair of Minnesota this weekend, and it was just wonderful! I am still rather gimpy after 2 surgeries for a hip replacement, but it was so good to finally meet Molly in person. I cannot get over how nice folks are here…I can now honestly say that I consider the DC metro area to be composed of way too many “snakes” (my sister’s word) as compared to all of the immensely good-natured people that I have met here in 11 days!! The fair itself was so laid back and easy…if this keeps up, I will be very happy here.
